Absolutely! There were so many things that could have prevented this. The doctors warned them not to have more kids. And when they did anyway and she went downhill, they warned him not to leave her alone — yet he was more interested in getting her back to her “maternal duties” than to her mental health. Or the kids’ safety. It’s a tragedy all around.
