Hear, hear! I come from the opposite end of the cultural spectrum — I was (thankfully) raised in a very feminist, sex-positive way. I’m all for trying new things, too. But frankly, anal *hurts.* There are studies that show that something like 70% of women report that anal sex is either uncomfortable or downright painful. And I refuse to do something that’s downright painful just to please a partner. And for that, I face that same stigma. Thank you for writing about it!
