But I’m with you — the Republican policy of protecting corporations above all else has been biting regular people in the ass over and over. Hopefully they’ll have enough of it soon, and vote these guys out!

(BTW it’s not just Texas. My home state, Arkansas, has similar tort reform laws. My mom was rendered nearly blind from a botched cataract surgery, but couldn’t find a lawyer to take her case for this exact same reason).
