Raising dependent/unskilled kids isn’t a conservative or liberal thing — it’s an upper-middle-class and up thing. And yes, the *parents* who don’t teach their sons to take care of themselves, that wives and girlfriends aren’t there to do all the housework and childcare, they are ruining it for the women who that boy will eventually date and/or marry. Why is this so hard for you? Defensive much?
