Sure, that’s good advice — for her to suggest to him. But the way your original comment was worded it looked like you were giving her advice for her to do for him. Before you jump on me for assuming that, you should know it’s extremely common, and was pretty much SOP for most of American history, to advise women to do the things to solve their husbands’ problems for them. It’s a bad pattern that we need to work hard to break.
