Yes, I read that there was never any evidence McVeigh was there (despite a manager and a resident saying he was), but the whole point of that underground that the Kehoes and McVeigh ran in, was to not be seen or traced. They could have met him in Elohim City or any of the other places these people congregate. Or Kehoe could have heard from someone who heard from someone, etc. The white supremacist terrorists in this country are really savvy — and often have law enforcement protecting them.
