Thank you! I agree, her ideology is, at its care, psychopathic, and counter to human nature — we’re a social species, evolved to work together and have strong bonds among our family/tribe/etc. Though I do have some sympathy for her; she had experienced the evils of totalitarian communism, and so her reaction to its tenets is *somewhat* understandable. But her overweening egotism couldn’t allow her to see past her own emotional reaction enough to develop a coherent philosophy that was more nuanced than “collectivism bad.”
