Thank you! Like you, I heard about it at the time, but beyond the “Santa shooter” headline, I didn’t know much else — but I figured it was probably domestic violence. These things usually are. In researching it further, I found out all the background info, which shed a lot more light onto Bruce’s personality and motivations. I would say he’s a classic Livid Coercive type of family annihilator, like another holiday-themed killer, Ronald Gene Simmons. Just terrible all around.
