Ugh, I feel you. But I’m a decade and a half older. Where I’m at, it’s all rednecks and good ol’ boys. Though my experience was the opposite (very few messages, even fewer actual dates, and of course no good prospects), I felt the same kind of exhaustion. It was like being on display, trying to sell yourself. So I shut down my profiles and accepted the fact that I’ll probably live the rest of my life single. I’m very OK with that.
