Weird story…the fact that her head had been embalmed and treated as though she had been through a mortuary is a vital clue, I think. She may have moved around a lot because she was poor. I just wrote about the “Human Remains Racket” and so I suspect the rest of her body was sold off by unscrupulous body brokers. Her loved ones — if she had any — might have thought she was properly buried, so filed no police reports. It’s just my suspicion.
