Why? Why do we need "a sense of community" from our jobs? We work to earn money, not be part of a community. Community isn't a corporation that will fire you to make another penny this quarter.
And why do we need productivity tracking? Does the employee get their job done properly and on time? Those are the only metrics that matter.
