Yes. Thank you for saying this. I have been asserting to anyone who will listen that our society has become unbearably brutal, at least for the vast majority of working-class and poor people. That poverty — and jobs that don’t pay enough to live on, and that rob you of your very humanity — is inherently traumatizing. Thank you.
